Where the conference begins

The Inaugural Event

The conference journey opens with the official Inaugural Event, delivered in collaboration with ERTICO - ITS Europe.

The Inaugural Event marks the formal start of the first ITS Africa Conference. Built with our content partner, it creates an international platform for knowledge exchange between the African and European intelligent transport communities, and sets the agenda the two conference days then work through.

It is also the earliest point at which partners and delegates can engage, ahead of the main programme:

Early engagement alongside government representatives with responsibility for transport policy, planning and operations.
Direct contact with global mobility experts brought in through the collaboration with ERTICO - ITS Europe.
Introductions to industry leaders and technology providers exhibiting across both conference days.

Format, timing and the speaker line-up for the Inaugural Event are in development.
