A curated exhibition runs alongside the full conference programme at ITSAC 2027. It is deliberately small, deliberately relevant, and positioned so that delegates move through it rather than past it.

What it is
An exhibition built for conversations, not footfall
The floor exists to put the people who build intelligent transport systems in the same room as the people who commission them.
The exhibition is designed as an environment for meaningful conversations, strategic partnerships and business development. It is not a hall to be walked through on the way somewhere else. Exhibitors are chosen to sit alongside the conference themes, so a delegate arriving at a stand is already interested in the problem you solve.
It runs alongside both conference days. Delegates flow through the exhibition during breaks, lunches and networking, which means your team meets the same people more than once, the repeat contact that turns an introduction into a follow-up meeting.

The conference and its exhibition are hosted at The Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West, outside Cape Town. Keeping everything on one estate matters for exhibitors: delegates do not leave the building between sessions, so the exhibition stays busy through the day rather than emptying at every break.
